GROUP COACHING is an economical way to achieve optimal health and wellness. Spanning six months, you attend weekly hour-long small group Zoom coaching sessions based on the Pillars of Health Wellness program, you will learn the leading-edge ways to improve your focus, energy, nutrition, sleep, exercise, and emotional health. Each class will include a short Q&A session on the week’s topic. Additionally, each participant will receive a monthly 1/2 hour individual coaching call to allow personal attention to their health, wellness, and longevity needs.
