This affordable six-month program provides health and wellness guidance through weekly Zoom presentations. These hour-long programs include an interactive, 15-minute Q&A session. Each monthly block will contain helpful and transformational information on the core pillars of wellness. Further, to address the needs of a more personal opportunity, each participant will receive a monthly 1/2 hour private consultation.
